Our homeowner's policies can be written for apartment occupants, condominium owners and those who own and occupy homes from one to four families.Homeowner's InsuranceThe homeowner's policy covers a variety of exposures from fire, pipe breaks, sewer back-up etc. and can be written on a replacement cost (new for old) basis. Detached buildings (garage, tool shed) on your property are also covered. If you rent an apartment, coverage will include all of your personal property (clothes, furniture, appliances, etc.) for an annual estimated cost of $275.00 a year. Please note your landlord's coverage's do not extend to your personal property. Each homeowner's policy will include liability coverage (usually a $500,000.00 limit)
